First off, BIG NEWS, I am official! Christy Keane Photography, LLC! I can’t wait to grow this little business, thanks for all of the support!
How lucky am I? Seriously, you hit the jackpot when your best friend and her family are this gorgeous to photograph. You guys- I can not explain how good photography has been for me. I got to spend the afternoon in the fresh air with my friends, and very importantly, I got to have a few minutes to myself to do my own thing. Lord knows how much I even appreciate the drive to the photos now where I am not ridden by anxiety of driving around my little one. (She stayed home with daddy and is even taking bottles now! It was a good day.) Every time I come home from taking pictures, I can’t wait to sit down with my computer and upload my loot. Seriously, give me a glass of wine and lightroom and I am a happy camper just sitting and editing with a good flick in the background until I get ready for bed. I enjoy it, I really do and I am so gosh darn happy about that. Until I picked up my camera, I was watching ALOT of tv and scrolling a lot of Facebook to pass the time before bed. I felt so unfulfilled with my free “me” time and I wasn’t relaxed at all. Now that I have something to do with my idle hands, the time passes so quickly and I am so tired by the time I am done that I sleep well. That is a big deal for me because I have had life long insomnia. So all in all, let’s just say this has been such a great adventure for me. I am learning and growing with each picture I take and I think it shows. When I first started this blog, I said my goal was to cringe at prior pictures and let’s just say that goal is already being accomplished.
